Upon its inception on the 27th February 2021, His Eminence, Reverend Emmanuel Mobiyina Oshoffa, Pastor and Supreme Head of the Celestial Church of Christ Worldwide, gave a 7 Point Mandate to the present Pastor in Council, whose tenure would expire in 2025. Number 6 on the mandate list was the “Development of Celestial City, Imeko, in infrastructure and Functionality.”In a bid to realize this mandate, the Pastor in Council Working Committee on Works and Projects led by SVMSE Gabriel Oshoffa, has been working tirelessly behind the curtain and is now set to move builders and engineers to site (Imeko) to commence construction works in September 2022. The Committee, in a presentation made to the plenary of the Pastor in Council in April, 2022, identified the following

Media, the Chairman of the P.I.C. Works and Projects Committee, SVMSE Gabriel Oshoffa (M.P.I.C.), assured that construction works would commence in September 2022 and thanked His Eminence and the members of the church’s Board of Trustees for their support and encouragement. He made it clear that the projects were quite enormous and capital intensive and stated that the committee would be reaching out, at some point, to the entire membership of the church for financial support.
