As reported exclusively last week by newdawnngr, the Celestial Church of Christ (CCC) burial Committee for its departed memberr, Assistant Venerable Superior Evangelist, Oluwole Isaac Adetiran (M.O.N) led by Superior Evangelist Segun Okeowo, on Friday, August 5, 2022 at a press conference held at the Pen Cinema parish of CCC announced the various programmes for the burial of the departed.
Superior Evangelist Okeowo stated that the activities, which will criss-cross various venues and areas the late Assistant Venerable Superior Evangelist Adetiran impacted, while alive will start with a symposium on Saturday August 20, 2022 to be held at 14 Olukunbi Odunkaku Street Ibafo before travelling to other venues with it’s final journey at Celestial City, Imeko, where the remain of the dead will be committed to mother earth has he instructed.
Highpoint of the event he said are the promises of the Secretary to the Government of the Federation, SGF, Boss Mustafa, the Minister of Sports, Mr. Sunday Dare, the Director General of National Youth Service Corps to attend or be represented at the events.
Further Superior Evangelist Kayode Ajala, Head of Media, CCC Worldwide/ Secretary, Pastor-in-Council, CCC Worldwide,who moderated the press conference, revealed that Adetiran was a man of many firsts who composed the NYSC anthem in 1984 as corps member in Ibadan.
He also said that until his death, he was the music director of CCC world wide and will be missed by the church.
Okeowo added further that the corps in addition to the visit of it’s DG while the dead was on sick bed; it was prepared to support the church in flying him abroad before death came calling on May 7, 2022.
