….Atiku using subsidy removal to deceive ordinary Nigerians
Federal Capital Territory Minister,Nyesome Wike has said that none of those aspiring to lead the country in other parties has the capacity to defeat President Bola Tinubu duribg next year’s election.
Speaking while answering questions during Television Continental programme Journalist Hangout,he said that attendance of crowd at rallies does not translate to vote duribg elections.
“I can assure you that rallies don’t win elections. Anybody can attract crowd to rally but not all can get the crowd to vote on election day”.
In answer to a question ,he said former Vice President Atiku Abubakar is promising to bring back subsidy to deceive the ordinary people to vote for him adding,”he needs to convince Nigerians what better alternative he has to subsidy removal.

Wike said that President Tinubu remains the only leader in the country who has confronted the nations myriad of problems headlong adding,” by his policies, he has what it takes to rule the country and pull it out from the brink of collapse”.
On National Democratic Congress,NDC,Peter Obi,he said he lacks the wherewithal to get the support he had in 2023 because of his inability to give followership.
Wike said as things stand today,most of those supporting Obi in the South East have backed down including supporters who stood by him during 2023 election because of circumstances of the period.
He promised to maintain his absolute support for the President to win his second term in other to complete his reforms.
