The Kaduna State High Court has again adjourned the hearing of the bail application filed by the former Kaduna state governor, Mallam Nasir El-Rufai, in his ongoing alleged corruption case.
Justice Darius Khobo, the presiding judge, adjourned the bail hearing till the first week of June 2026.
It will be recalled that the court had last week adjourned the bail application hearing till today.
When called for mentioning on Tuesday, Justice Khobo would again adjourn the hearing of the case till June.
Also recall that El-Rufai is being arraigned on multiple charges bordering on alleged financial crime and abuse of office by the Independent Corrupt Practices and Other Related Offences Commission (ICPC).

ICPC had arraigned the former Kaduna governor to the state’s High Court and the Federal High Court.
While the later had last week approved El-Rufai’s bail application, the former however failed to the grant him bail as it adjourned the cade.
