As part of its efforts to bring quality and affordable health to semi -urban areas in Ogun state,Youth Care Project,a Monday kick-starts a One- Week health and Empowerment programme to residents of Olambe, border community in Ogun State.
The health delivery project organised under the auspices of Youth Care Project -a decade old organisation, has representatives of three states in the South West namely Lagos,Ogun and Ondo in attendance.
The initiative according to Alhaji Bashir Akande,zonal chair man of Ifo Community Development Council, is intended to improve on the welfare of citizens in the community.
Beside, the Clinic at Your Door step ,the YCP will on Saturday host an Empowerment programme for residents of the area as part of its effort to improve well being and uplift standard of living of the people.

The week-long event would also hold special reception for the outgoing Chairman of Olambe Area Community Development Council,Comrade Ganiyu Akinade Omolade who has served out his two term tenure in the area.
In order to commemorate the end of the 6 years tenure of Comrade Omolade, an election is to take place on Thursday to usher in a new executive.
Faces at the opening ceremony of the week-long programme
In his opening speech, the Zonal Chairman of Ifo CDC,Alhaji Akande praised the yeoman years of service rendered by the outgoing Area CDC Chairman and urged the community to extend same cooperation to incoming new executive.
