Residents of Matogbun axis of the Ijoko -,Agbado, Alagbole border area of Ogun state have been cut off as a result of the heavy rain on Tuesday which submerged the link bridge making it difficult for vehicles and even motorcycles to drive through.

Besides,the rainfall also led to the collapse of heavy light pole connecting the area with the rest of Oke Aro thereby throwing the several communities into darkness for days to come.
As a result,thousands of residents who had gone to work in the morning had to trek from Oke Aro to their various communities within the axis as the link bridge has been submerged by water .
