Adonte Development Union (ADU) Lagos branch ably led by Mr. Godwin Adigwe on Saturday, November 13, 2021 rolled the drums in celebration of its former presidents and some members who have contributed so much to the development of the town and Union.
Held in Oshodi the event, which was well attended saw the recognition of the late former presidents like Michael Chikwudi Okogene, Alex Chidi Onochie and Chief George Okonyia, the Akaeze1 of Adonte.
Others in the roll for the award of excellence were Mr. John Okonkwo Odinigwe, Sunday Okonkwo and Augustine Nwaokobia.
It was an evening of fun, good traditional music. In the usual hospitality Adonte is noted for in the Enuani area, there was a lot to eat and drink.
