Against all vows by the Nigerian Police Force to stop all manners of protests in remembrance of the police brutality rally of last year, agitators have taken to the streets in Lagos and Abuja Wednesday making good their promise to stage a protests.
The protesters appeared to have outwitted the security agencies which took positions from the early hours of Wednesday as they moved in a convoy of vehicles while holding Nigerian flags.
Among those who have shown up for the protests include singer, Falz, Yemi Adamolekun, who is the Executive Director, Enough is Enough.
In Abuja, human rights actvivist, Deji Adeyanju, and others had shown up at the Unity Fountain for the rally.
