At least two suspected protesters have been arrested by men of the Nigerian Police at the Lekki Tollgate allegedly on their plan to stage a protest at the venue Wednesday morning.
At exactly, 7;55am, two men were whisked by the fully armed policemen into the waiting truck which carried the inscription, Task Force.
This was just as the policemen had taken over the tollgate as early as 5am while they ensure free flow of traffic.
But on sighting the two men, the operatives of the police went for them and took them into the truck.
The two men did not resist arrest.
