Turn worry into positive energy

Worry might be killer number one. If it’s not number one, doctors tell us that it does lead to death through a variety of diseases. It is a killer of dreams and aspirations. The combination of small and big worries what people think of me, my future and prospects. We have all heard the expression “worry yourself to death.” Don’t ask for the task to be easy rather ask for the challenge to be worth it. It’s the challenge that makes the experience. Worry is fear painting pictures in your mind. If you watch too long you get a false picture of how things are. Worry is a mental broadcast station giving off negative signals. Worry has the mental audacity to convince you that the elevator only runs one way: Down! Worry sets off a fire alarm for a small flame in a basket. Worry is a waste of energy. Its like running a car battery down when it wont start. If its left unchecked, worry is mad dog loosed in the house that could do irreparable damage. Worry is like regret. Its is large pain. If we catalogue human suffering too long it drives us mad. What can I do about it? Make discisions and take actions. If you do not put a positive foot forward, worry and inaction will rob you of better friendships and livelihood. Get rid of those feelings that “all will not be well!” You expend too much energy. Life is no joke except to the jokers. By all means be serious about life but don’t give undue concern. It is like a family wanting to take a trip. It would be irresponsible to expect disaster on a trip you have not taken. Of course you will take precautions before leaving but let’s face it, worrying does not help. Rather, it will make the trip less enjoyable. So start dealing with worry by beginning with declarations. “I’ve had it worry!” “I refuse to tricked by these false facts”. “I refuse to let facts and things be distorted”. Think about all the catastrophic events you thought up that never happened. Bring to question now what your mind tells you and others tell you and refuse to be taken by wrong thoughts.Say “I’ve had it”. You can destroy emotion and worry by analyzing it to death. Drag it out and put it on the table. Learn to use worry instead of letting it use you. Question it on all sides and think of what actions can be taken. Don’t let fear advise you of all the facts. Use worry to advise you of part of the facts. What a fantastic move it must be to put the negative behind you: Faith over doubt; reason over fear. Talk to yourself! It must be exhilirating to stop a panic drain on your mental energy, emotion and physical strength. Put it all into your plan of action: “From now on, I’m going to live a good life!” Despise all those mental court room maneuvers. Say: “I’ve had it with a one sided story!” Demand the whole truth instead of the parochial negative onesided story. Decide: If worry wont be silent,I will put it to death. The best answer to worry is confidence. Confdence starts first with awareness. The real challenge of life is to learn how to use winter and harvest. Night follows day and day follows night. Opportunity comes and goes. That is the natural order of things. Take advantage of the seasons. Learn how to handle the winters. Tell it like it is. Winter will always come, so does the night. There should be no cause for concern. Each Season brings different challenges. There are things that you can only do at winter. Find a way to take advantage of the winter, not just handle it. If winters are always going to be in our lives lets take advantage of them
Human suffering, man’s inhumanity to man and the cycle of poverty will continue. Do what you can to change them in your little way. Why let worry continue to take money out of your pocket and bank account? Why impose your worry on others. It’s a burden you can get rid of, a monkey you can get off your back.
Try, instead to have plan for everything. Put your energy into self renewal. Ask yourself consistently: how can I get better, stronger and wiser? Look at the points of concern you have in life, and build a plan around them. Decide what to do with them. Let the “what if” that occupies your mind have an answer to replace it. If you are able to have a plan for everything that tries to worry you, you have succeeded in putting worry in check. Use the tendency to worry as strategic thinking process which will give you a list of options on how to deal with issues. If you can do this, you have turned worry around into a positive tool.
