Sen Dr Ifeanyi Okowa…another champion leader
It is a done deal, the leadership of Sen (Dr.) Ifeanyi Okowa, as the governor of Delta State and Chief Tonobok Okowa, leader of the state’s contingents to Illorin 2019, have confirmed the ago old saying that the state ‘no dey carry las’ in positive things.

The state has emerged champions for the fifth time, at the games to retain the position it took last year thereby fulfilling the governor’s directive to them to go and bring back the cup.
