As she is improving the physical structure of the trade fair complex and its access roads, so is Chief (Mrs). Lucy Omosefe-Ajayi, is working day and night to improve the offices inside the administrative block for the comfort of its staff and visitors.

The conference room, her waiting room, marketing office and other offices have been tastefully furnished. A 60 KVA generator has been installed to power the complex which has been in darkness since 2017, this was after offsetting half of electricity bill left behind by former comcessionaire. In addition, nine units of solar panels have also been installed to light up the entire surrounding to the extent thal one now finds it difficulty to decipher between night and day. Such is the improvement Chief Omosefe- Ajayi has brought to bear on the complex. Below is the picture of the offices.
