How wrong one was. This time, the award is coming from her home state; in fact her own Church of Nigeria Anglican Communion Ekpoma.
It was an impressive and colourful ceremony held St. Andrew’s Cathedral, Eguare, Ekpoma, Edo State.
According to the letter from the church informing her of her nomination, for the prestigious award, it was in recognition of what God has been using her to do for the church and humanity at large.
Aside her, others that were appreciated with awards were Sir (Barr) and Dame Chijioke and Onime Nwankwo, Pastor (Mrs.) Judith Iyabode Adesuwa Uzezi, Sir (Barr) Lucky Esigbe, Sir (Prof) Edwin Esigbe, Ven. Richard Ngozi Okpara among others.
Omosefe-Ajayi is a committed member of St. Jude Anglican Church Mende, Lagos that hosts the yearly Christmas carol of the church in her residence.
