The candidate of All Progressives Congress (APC) in Ekiti/Irepodun/isin/ oke-ero federal constituency, Alhaji Adul-Raheem Ajuloopin Olawuyi has defeated the anointed candidate of Senate President, Bukola Saraki in the bye election Kwara state.
Saraki’s candidate, Saheed Alatise lost the election to Alhaji Olawuyi (a.k.a) Ajulopin.
Olawuyi polled total votes of 21,236 while his PDP counterpart polled 18,036.
Out of four local government, PDP won only with less then 50 votes in Ekiti local government.
