It was a sad day for a family in Ogbia local government area of Bayelsa state on Wednesday as five of their children were reportedly died after a tricycle in which they were traveling was crushed by a tanker truck along Ibelebiri Community in the local government.

The accident occurred at about 3:30 p.m., leaving the children identified as Isaiah David, God’s Time David, Favour David, Salvation David, and Testimony David dead at the scene.
Their bodies were evacuated and deposited at St. Pat Mortuary in Otuasega Community for autopsy.
Police have commenced an investigation to ascertain the circumstances surrounding the fatal crash. (Zagazola)
