Nigeria’s senior national team, the Super Eagles, this Saturday evening, September 6, 2025, beat hard-fighting Amavubi of Rwanda to revive their hopes of qualifying for the 2026 World Cup scheduled to take place in the US, Mexico, and Canada.
Nigeria must win to keep their slim hopes of qualifying for the Mundial alive, having managed only seven points in six games earlier played – and the Super Eagles did just that at the Godswill Akpabio International Stadium, Uyo.
