A team of the Lagos Rapid Response Squad (RRS) on night patrol arrested a suspected vandal, 27-year-old Philip Ojedayo, around 11:30 p.m. on Tuesday in the Ojota-Ketu area.
Ojedayo, an ex-convict, was caught with an iron rod reportedly used for fencing a public park. Authorities disclosed that he has been in and out of the Kirikiri Correctional Centre three times and was last released in February 2025.
