Rapid Response Squad (RRS) on Thursday arrested a 20 year -old suspect Gbolahan Olanrewaju for removing seven AKT lighting under the Otedola Bridge .
The arrest took place at around 2:00 a.m. yesterday in Lagos.
It will be recalled that several AKT Lights with 24 watt fitting bulbs had been previously removed weeks ago.
However, they were replaced a few days later in order to re-illuminate the under bridge.
During interrogation, Olarewaju allegedly confessed to removing the first fittings and also vandalizing some of the facilities.
He aso admitted to handing over the items to his friend to help him sell them.
The suspect has been charged in court for his actions.
