Ahead of today’s African Cup of Nations Final,scores of private Jets by Very Important Personalities from Nigeria have secured landing in Abidjan, the capital of Cote d’Ivoire for the final match between the Super Eagles of Nigeria and The Elephants of Cote d’Ivoire, it was gathered .
Today’s encounter between the Super Eagles and The Elephants in Abidjan is due to start at 9pm Nigerian time.
According to information from aviation sources made available to The Eagle Online in Abidjan, no fewer than 20 private jets have secured permission to land in the country from Nigeria as at the time of writing this report.
It was learnt that the permissions were sought by private jet owners from the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja; Port Harcourt, the Rivers State capital; and Lagos State.
