Former Nigeria’s President and Balogun Owu, Chief Olusegun Obasanjo, is not tured of new investments yet.
At over 80,he has begun new housing projects to boost socio-economic development of the Ogun State capital, Abeokuta.

At the fore front of the projects, named OLUMO COURT, is located at 48 & 50 Aduke Ayorinde Street,GRA, Ibara, Abeokuta.
The Olumo Court is designed to contain studio, a single bedroom and double bedroom apartments with recreational facilities such as swimming pool, squash courts, coffee shops, meeting rooms, refuse chutes, internal roads and 24 hour security.

Construction has reached advanced stage on the Olumo Court Estate as at the weekend when the chief promoter, Chief Olusegun Obasanjo and all sight engineers, architects and operatives, conducted two Owu monarchs, Olowu of Owu, Oba Prof Saka Matemilola and Towulade Akinale, Oba Olufemi Ogunleye round the project.

An informed source said a high grade replica of the Olumo Court is to be started at a location not far from the disused premises of the defunct Top Beer brewery at Olomore while the third of the estate is being sighted at the Sagamu-Abeokuta intersection.
