The West African Examinations Council (WAEC) has announced that a free Mock Examination will be conducted for all the prospective candidates for the first-ever Computer-Based WASSCE for Private Candidates, 2024- First Series.
This news was issued by the Public Affairs Department of WAEC and was signed by Moyosola F. Adesina – Ag. Head, Public Affairs.
The examination is scheduled to start on Wednesday, 31st January, 2024.
The Mock Examination, which serves as a trial run for candidates, will take place on the 23rd and 24th of January, 2024. To participate, candidates are required to log on to the mockcbt.waec.org.ng portal from their mobile phones or personal computers. The mock examination portal will be available all day for the two days of the mock test. In case of any technical difficulties, candidates will be allowed to access the mock examination page again for a second attempt.
Candidates who have successfully registered for the examination will receive information containing their login details via their registered email addresses and phone numbers. Additionally, WAEC will provide a tutorial video on how to use the examination portal, which will be accessible on all their social media platforms.
