A Woman simply identified as Alhaja lost her life to reckless driving by a Tipper driver who obviously lost control as he was trying to climb a bend to enter a road inward Oluwo Gate in the Aro Lambo area of Matogun, in Ifo local government area of Ogun State.
The incident occured around 4pm Tuesday, November 1st
The crash also led to destruction of several properties.
The name of the deceased was Mrs Tawakalitu Abdul Azeez, she was the Women representative of Group 8 and member of the Health team of her CDA
According to close source, Mrs Azeez was said to be grinding pepper outside her shop when the unfortunate incident happened.
The major cause of the accident is not known as witnesses said it was caused as a result of influence of alcohol while driving while some attributed it to brake failure.
