Veteran journalist and Towulade of Akinale,Owu Kingdom,Oba Olufemi Ogunleye,is to be confered with Doctorate Fellowship of the Institute of Global Peace and Conflict Management(IGPCM) Saturday October 22 at Abuja.
Oba Ogunleye marks 17 years on the throne
This was conveyed to him via a letter of nomination and investiture signed by the President of the Institute, Dr Adetuberu Oludotun.
According to the president,the award is in recognition of Ogunleyes efforts in promoting and strengthening peace and peaceful coexistence in his domain and Ogun state.
The event is taken place during the institutes North Central Zonal Induction Workshop taking place at the Federal capital,Abuja with the Theme: The credibility of the 2023 General Elections in Nigeria:A factor to promoting National Unity and Peace.
