Yesterday, Thursday October 13, Optimistic Outlook Empowerment Initiative held a training for car washers at a popular car washing outlet, Somi Steam Car Wash, Oregun addressed by the Lagos State PPPRO, SP. Benjamin Hundeyin who was represented by the Deputy PPRO, DSP. Stephen Kuti.
