Before the 2019 election, Dubai was the home of People’s Democratic Party’s (PDP), presidential candidate, Former Vice President, Atiku Abubakar and by extension, his party. It was a place where they congregated to strategies for the election, Though, the outcome of that strategic meeting was not good enough as it lost the election.
Now, the focus has shifted to Spain. Though, it is not clear whether some of the party’s governor’s recent meeting in Madrid, Spain is coincidental or planned for the purpose of 2023 election, the fact remains that Spain may have become the new rendezvous of the once ruling party at the federal level as the picture below indicates.
