Minister, Niger Delta Affairs Ministry, Senator Godswill Akpabio and his entourage, on Friday, paid a courtesy visit on the Governor of Katsina State, Rt. Hon Aminu Masari, at the Government House. The Minister was in the state to deliver a Pre-Convocation Lecture of the Federal University Dutsi- Ma and to lay the foundation for the Mohammadu Buhari Faculty of Law Building, at the institution’s permanent site.
