It was a bad day for the former governor of Gombe State, Senator Danjuma Goje as he was attacked by some thugs on Friday.
The hoodlums also stopped Goje from entering Gombe, the state capital.
The angry youths reportedly hit Goje’s vehicles with dangerous weapons.
His media aide, Lilian Nworie, who confirmed the development said the lawmaker was in the state for a personal reason.
