For a baby boy,born to Kemilola Oguniyan #Endsars protester,it was a fate unknown to him as he had to suffer imprisonment for seven months in the womb until relief came the way of her mother six days after his birth.
Relief came from an Ondo High Court, Tuesday, as it granted Kemisola Ogunniyi, the #EndSARS protester who was delivered of a baby in prison N10 million bail.
She was brought before Justice Omolara Adejumo who granted her a N10 million bail and a surety in like sum.
It was gathered that she was two months pregnant at the time of her arrest and gave birth to a baby boy on June 16, 2021.
Ogunniyi was arrested by soldiers in Akure, the Ondo State capital, after the violence that welcomed the October 2020 #EndSARS protests.
Justice Adejumo, in her ruling, ordered the prison authorities to allow her go home for christening and return to the prison to fulfil her bail condition.

Ogunniyi and three others were accused of setting ablaze the state secretariat of the All Progressive Congress (APC).
