At last what is described as fake claims that no bullet was shot at protesters during the Lekki shootings October 20 is coming to naught.
This is because 14 protesters who allegedly suffered gunshot wounds during the shootings stormed the venue of the Lagos Judicial Panel of Inquiry and Restitution for victims of the now disbanded Special Anti-Robbery Squad, SARS related abuses and other matters.

Also joining the victims was another protester said to have been shot at Ojodu Berger area of Lagos.

Among the entourage was one Mr. Nathaniel Solomon, whose younger brother Abouta Solomon was allegedly shot dead at the toll gate.

It was gathered that the deceased has since been buried in his hometown in Mubi Local Government Area of Adamawa State.

Aiyedungbe Olufunmi Grace, whose brother died at LASUTH after suffering gunshot wounds to the head, revealed to a national news medium that after her brother’s death, the hospital authorities changed the story and said he died of COVID-19.

More details later…
