Owo killings:Tinubu donates N75m for victims and church

The National Leaders of the All Progressives Congress (APC) and presidential aspirant, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu, has donated N75 million to the victims of the attack on St. Francis Catholic Church, Owo, Ondo State.

Tinubu made this donation on Monday in Owo, during a visit to the state.

Speaking at the palace of Olowo of Owo, His Royal Highness, Oba Ajibade Ogunoye, Tinubu said N50 million will go to victims of the attack and N25 million to the Catholic Diocese of Ondo.

He also prayed to God to console the families of the deceased and grant the community and the state government the fortitude to bear the loss.

The former governor also charged the security agencies to put all hands on deck in tackling the current security challenges in the country.
