The Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, has kicked off the exercise with the display of voters register at Ward 2, Unite 3, by Rest House Road Junction, Igarra, Akoko-Edo Local Government Area.

The INEC staff on ground at APO 1,2,3 maintained the 8:30 am commencement of both accreditation and voting.
