Amaechi must see it

Last week, Newdawnngr’s report showed,that the new rail lines have been taken over as usual by traders who have erected kiosks especially at the Agege station as if the railways was specifically built for street traders.
At Agege, a market that was not in existence before the new rail lines, have suddenly developed and bustling to it’s seems and with no barricade and level crossing to deter traders, it is doubtful whether waving of red flag would be adequate and safe for a modern rail twice as fast as the old locomotive train now on its way out of use.
It is doubtful whether the Nigerian Railway Corporation (NRC) in its usual lethargic approach is prepared to efficiently run a modern railway. It is better the NRC management sits up and change its civil service lackadaisical approach, which is inconsistent with 21century best business practise before the foreign contractors and builders, Chinese Engineering Construction Company (CECC), takes over the management and running.
