On a popular demand from some members of Lucy Ambassadors, a WhatsApps group that is 100 percent supporters of the good work President Mahmmadu Buhari is doing across the nation and the one she is doing at the Lagos International Trade Fare Complex (LITFC), they agreed to host this year’s edition of the Christmas Carol organised by their church, St. Jude Anglican Church, Mende, Maryland, just like they did last year.

We are talking of Chief Foley and Chief (Mrs.) Lucy Omosefe-Ajayi.
And the turn out was great, especially the children that our lord Jesus Christ asked to come to him. Unlike that of last year, the number of people that attended the carol was twice as much as that of last year and the hosts were beside themselves with joy and full of gratitude to God for using them as a vessel to lead people to the vineyard of the lord.
“The essence of the carol to me is to thank God. At the beginning of 2018, we prayed that 2019 should be better than 2019 and we are all seeing the result now; we feel that we can do it again. I feel so happy and blessed that many people came especially the kids. I want the kids to come to me like our lord Jesus Christ commanded. By His grace that of 2020 will be the bomb,” Mrs. Ajayi said when asked how she felt about the turnout.
On his part, Chief Ajayi said that he was elated seeing so many people come for the carol.
Hear him: ” It is wonderful and I feel so elated seeing this number of people in our house for the carol… I feel happy. My joy is indescribable and I promise something bigger and better in the coming years because there is always room for improvement.”
He called on the people to always celebrate Christ and support the government in its task of developing the nation.
There was a lot for all to eat, drink and take home as gift.
