President of Appeal Court, Justice Zainab Bulkachuwa recuse herself from Presidential election Panel.
But, the Appeal Court unanimously dismissed the application by Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and its Presidential Candidate, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar saying that the request lacks merit.
Court of Appeal held that Atiku and PDP have not established that Justice Bulkachuwa will likely be biased.
