Election peaceful, low turn out in Oyo

The Presidential and National Assembly Elections was peaceful but marked with low turn out of people in Oyo State.
Security was water tight as all security agencies had their agents all over.
In many of the polling booths, electoral officials came very early as they slept at collation centres
From Oluyole to Ibadan South West, Ibadan South East, Ibadan North West, Ibadan North and Ibadan North East Local Governments, officials were on hand with enough materials.
People initially came out in trickles but when no ugly report came, more people came out but not as expected.
While some INEC officials said the turn out at Ring Road, Iyaganku, Oluyole, Challenge was not encouraging, party agents believed there would be improvements with time.
