The Governor of Lagos State, Mr Akinwumi Ambode, has arrived at the Lagos State House of Assembly to present the 2019 budget.
The lawmakers had been at loggerhead over the 2019 budget accusing the governor of spending funds that had not been approved for the 2019 appropriation year.
The budget presentation is underway as the Speaker, Hon. Mudashiru Obasa led the opening prayer.
Ambode said a total budget size of N852.31b was meant to consolidate on the economic achievements of the administration in the past three and half years.
Recurrent Expenditure is N389.56 while Capital Expenditure of the year stands at N462.47.
