Royal Fathers in Remoland led by the Akarigbo of Remo Land, His Royal Majesty Oba Babatunde Ajayi have endorsed the Ogun All Progressive Congress (APC) Governorship candidate, Prince Dapo Abiodun.
The obas endorsed Prince Abiodun during a consultation visit to seek their support and blessing at the Akarigbo palace in Sagamu
Prince Dapo Abiodun while reeling out his manifestos, highlighted his policies and plans to be implemented when he becomes the governor of the State.
Some of his plans as stated by the governorship candidate of APC include free education up to the junior school, provision of standard health care, provision of industrial parks, increase in IGR, even distribution of infrastructures and many more.
The royal fathers from Onirolu of Irolu, Oba S. A. A Adeiga, Ewusi of Makun Sagamu, Oba Timothy Akinsanya and Oludotun of Idotun Ikenne, the Odunayo Solari all spoke on behalf of other Obas and blessed the candidate of APC to show support for his aspiration based on being a true son of the soil.
Oba Akarigbo of Remo, HRM Babatunde Ajayi in his reactions also prayed for Prince Dapo Abiodun and advised him to ensure he fulfills all he has highlighted.
Earlier in the day, Prince Dapo Abiodun the Ogun 2019 APC gubernatorial Candidate with his campaign team also paid a consultation visit to the Palace of Alake of Egba Land, Ake, Abeokuta to seek for the blessing of his official flag off of his campaign towards the forthcoming gubernatorial election.
The APC gubernatorial candidate reiterates that his administration will build on the success of the incumbent Governor, Senator ibikunle Amosun and ensure he put the good people of Ogun first.
While pleading for support for himself and his deputy from the paramount ruler, Dapo also used the medium to solicit support for President Muhammed Buhari for his second term ambition tagged Next level for Nigeria
While reading his blueprint to the council of Obas, Abiodun said within one year of his administration, he will ensure increase in the IGR of the state, rural development , Good governance, women empowerment, education development, improvement of the health sector, facilitate the availability of constant power supply and infrastructural development, to mention but few.
