The Chairman of the Lagos State Taskforce, CSP Adetayo Akerele has received safety kits, including protective boots and helmets, donated to the Agency officers and men by the Executive Secretary of Lagos State Security Trust Fund(.LSSTF, Dr. Ayo Ogunsan.
During the presentation ceremony, Dr. Ogunsan emphasized the importance of prioritizing the Safety and well-being of personnel whose their daily routines life revolves around protecttion of lives and properties of citizenry,.
” You are awake for us to sleep and have our two eyes closed”, i am sure history will be nice with you for doing so at the expense of your own health and safety, hence the need for the LSSTF to provide you with all these projective kits to protect yourselves.“Help yourself, take care of your health,” he urged.

Accorrding to a statement by Gbadeyanka Abdulraheem, Director of Press and Public Relatons in the Task Force, the LSSTF boss reaffirmed its organisations commitment to the security architecture of the state, stating, “I always put the security of the state at the forefront. If Lagos State will remain safe , secure and habitable, the role of the State.Taskforce is not a push over and the achievement will be dedicated to you guys and other Security enforcement agencies.”

CSP Akerele while thanking Dr Ogunsan and his team for their support all the time, he also charged the officers to utilize the projective kits effectively, ensuring better service delivery and safety in their operations. He promised that the personnel will put the kits to better use.
