Perturbed by what has been described as the delay in Supreme Court judgment over the appeal filed by the David Mark-led ADC leadership against the suit brought before Justice Emeka Nwite by one Nafiu Bala Gombe, the African Democratic Congress @ADCNig counsel writes Chief Justice of Nigeria, CJN Justice Kudirat Motonmori Olatokunbo Kekere-Ekun, on the urgency of the expected judgement in the case of David Mark vs. Nafiu Bala.

Letter to CJN

“Millions of Nigerians expected ruling last Friday or yesterday (Monday). We urge CJN Kekere-Ekun to order the Supreme Court five-member panel of Justices led by Justice Mohammed Garba to quit reserving its judgment and end this charade of transmogrifying Nigeria into a one-party state.”
