The Kano State House of Assembly has spoken on the move to remove Aminu Abdulsalam Gwarzo from his position, stating its position on the action taken and emphasizing that due process and all relevant legal and constitutional provisions will be strictly followed. The Assembly noted that every step will be taken based on credible evidence and appropriate recommendations in line with the law.
According to the Assembly, extensive consultations and a thorough review were carried out before the decision was reached, to ensure that fairness and transparency were upheld. It also appealed to members of the public to remain calm and to respect democratic institutions and the rule of law.
