As part of the assignment, PwC will engage extensively with stakeholders across the telecommunications ecosystem, including licensed operators, industry associations, consumer advocacy groups and other relevant players. Stakeholders will be invited to submit data, perspectives and position papers to support a holistic assessment that reflects both current conditions and emerging trends.
