The Publisher of NewsOrient Network, Samuel Hezekiah Egburonu, a member of Nigeria Guild of Editors, is among the 942 latest aspirants called to the Nigerian Bar as Barristers and Solicitors of the Supreme Court of Nigeria.

The Call to Bar ceremony held at the Body of Benchers Complex Abuja, on Tuesday 25th November 2025.

Admitting the aspirants to the learned profession, Hon Justice Olukayode Arewoola, GCON, the Chairman of Body of Benchers, urged the new wigs to protect the Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria 1999, as amended, and to protect rule of law and justice always.

In attendance at the colourful event aside from the Body of Benchers Chairman, Justice Ariwoola include the Chief Justice of Nigeria, Hon Justice K. M. O Kekere-Ekun, GCON, Olorogun Albert Akpomudje, SAN, the Vice-chairman, Body of Benchers, Prince Lateef Olasunkanmi Fagbemi, SAN, the Hon Attorney General of the Federation and Minister of Justice, Mazi Afam Osigwe, SAN, the President, Nigerian Bar Association, Daniel M Tela Esq, the Secretary of Body of Benchers and many other Life Benchers and Benchers.
