Anambra 2025: Soludo wins reelection 19 + All results
The candidate of the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA) in the Anambra State 2025 governorship election, Prof. Chukwuma Soludo, has won in 19 out of the 21 local government areas, which results have been announced as at press time.
This was before the suspension of the collation of results by the Independent National Electoral Commissioner (INEC) in the early hours of Sunday.
The State Returning Officer and Vice Chancellor of the University of Benin (UNIBEN(, Prof. Edogah Omoregie, announced the suspension of the collation of results at the commission’s headquarters in Awka, the Anambra State capital.
Omoregie said the collation would resume at 6am on Sunday.

Results from 19 LGs announced so far indicated that APGA polled 389,789 votes, followed by the All Progressives Congress (APC) with 91,592 votes, Labour Party (LP) with 10,366 votes, and the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) with 1,230 votes.
