The outward bound lane of the Lagos-Ibadan Expressway from Berger in Lagos State is blocked following the crashing of a trailer bearing a container.
A report by The Eagle Online this Friday morning, April 1, 2025, said that the lone trailer accident occurred in the early hours of today, blocking the entire outward bound lane.
“There has been no movement on the outward bound lane for over one hour as at press time.
“The traffic had stretched from the Berger bridge, where the trailer fell, to the Old Toll Gate around 7Up as at press time,” the report said.

“This has led to some driving against traffic (one-way), thus impeding the Lagos inward bound lane.
“As at press time, the logjam had not been sorted by the emergency responders at the scene,” the portal added.
