In a renewed enforcement drive, authorities have removed illegal containers and structures encroaching on setbacks and walkways along New General Hospital Road, LASU-Ojo, Iyana Iba.

The operation follows directives aimed at ensuring a cleaner and more organized environment in the area. It was recalled that some of these structures had previously been served abatement notices and were demolished after the expiration of an ultimatum. However, some violators reconstructed them, prompting fresh enforcement action.
The removal exercise aligns with the state’s #ZeroToleranceLagos and #CleanerLagos initiatives, reinforcing the government’s commitment to maintaining order and environmental sanitation.
