Reigning champions Real Madrid fell behind twice but fought back to claim a dramatic 3-2 win at Manchester City in the first leg of their clash in the Champions League last 16 play-offs.

Jude Bellingham scored the winner in stoppage time to give Madrid an important advantage ahead of the return leg at their Santiago Bernabeu stadium on Feb. 19.

Erling Haaland had twice given City the lead, but his efforts were first cancelled out by Kylian Mbappé and later by Brahim Diaz.

Juventus also scored late in the game to take a 2-1 win against PSV. Ivan Perisic’s effort in the 56th cancelled out Weston McKennie’s first-half opener, but Samuel Mbangula got Juve the winner in the 82nd.

In Lisbon, Borussia Dortmund overcame a poor first half to defeat Sporting Lisbon 3-0 with goals from Serhou Guirassy, Pascal Gross and Karim Adeyemi.(/NAN)
