The General Overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God, Pastor Enoch Adeboye has prophesy the things will begin to calm down in Nigeria after the 100 days fast declared by the Church.
This is just as he acknowledged seeing the AI generated picture showing him as an alhaji.
He made this known in the early hours of Saturday January 4 at the first Holy Ghost Night of the church in the new year

Factcheckhub had reported, ‘AN X user, @Sarkideyforyou, has posted images showing the General Overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG), Pastor Enoch Adejare Adeboye in front of Kaabah, a religious place of worship for Muslims in Mecca, Saudi Arabia.’
He posted the images with a caption thus:
“Pastor adebayo may Allah guide you to the right path.”
The post reportedly garnered over 3.8 million views, with more than 1,500 reposts, over 1,800 comments and more than 4,000 likes as of December 22, 2024.

According to the RCCG Overseer, the first 30 days of the 100-day fast of the church will be dedicated to praying for Nigeria..He said the church will embark on some violent prayers that will uproot those who don’t want Nigeria to prosper.
He said the year 2025 will be a time when the scripture, the kingdom of God suffers violence and the violent takes it by force will be fulfilled..
While urging those who are above 70 to stay away from the 100-day fast, he said if they insist on fasting they should break their fast by 3 pm for those who are around 70 and 12 noon for those who are above 80.
He urged those above 90 to stay away from the fast because according to him they are at the departure lounge of life..
Adeboye also urged those who are going to fast to make sure they pray in the course of the fast otherwise they would have embarked on ‘hunger strike’.
He asked them to refrain from frivolous conversation during the fasting period.
Referring to his 2025 prophecy, he said the wind will blow stronger in the new year,. ‘One of the implications is that there will be quite a lot of lifting up and some remarkable promotion. The day someone has been waiting for will occur this year. There will be many wedding bells..: he said..

While insisting that mockers will be more aggressive this years he said many of them will.not survive the year He noted however that God does not want the death of sinners.
He inferred that he is already being mocked referring to the AI generated picture showing him as an alhaji.on the internet..’I am sure.many of you saw that picture showing me as an alhaji’ he said with a wry smile.

On the international.scene, he called for prayers that ‘the ongoing war across the world will not be out of control so we don’t have another world war.’
He said there will be earthquake of unprecedented dimension in the new year.
In the course of his message titled, the glory ahead, he assured his listeners that things will get better. He said the future will be better than the present while also quoting several scriptures to back up his position .
He told the congregation that God is not interested in taking people to heaven in a hurry because he needs them more here on earth to fulfil his purpose.
