The Ogun State Police Command has confirmed the death of a 25-year-old casual worker, Dare Adeleke, of Maigida Company, under Dangote Cement in Ibese area of the state.
This is the second time in a week that such fatal accident involving Dangote trucks will claim live of citizens.

According to information available to The Eagle Online, the incident was reported to the police by one Mohammed Muktar.
The report at the police post of the factory by Muktar, of the Security Department of Dangote Cement, had it that the deceased and another person at about 4:10pm on Saturday were using shovels to clean up limestone materials under rolling conveyor belts at Crushers 1 & 2.
Muktar narrated that the shovel mistakenly touched the rolling belts, which in turn picked both the shovel and the said Adeleke, crushing him before he could be removed and rushed to Jajo Clinic within the company premises for medical attention.

Upon examination at the clinic, he was confirmed dead by the doctor on duty.
