Social media influencer and former presidential aide, Reno Omokri, has made a significant contribution to support victims of the recent flooding in Borno State.
Omokri announced via his social media platforms that he has donated ₦500,000 to the official Borno State Flood Disaster Relief Fund, fulfilling a vow he had made earlier.
“This is only an initial donation,” Omokri stated, adding that he plans to increase his contributions following consultations with his extended family. He also called on the public to participate in the relief efforts, encouraging people to donate whatever they can, no matter how small.
“I urge the public to consider donating their widows’ mites to this effort. Nothing is too small. Even if it is ₦50, please still donate it,” Omokri emphasized in his message.
