The Lagos State Environmental Protection Agency,LASEPA, has sealed a fast food restaurant owned by Pascal Chibuike Okechukwu, also known as Cubana Chiefpriest, Donald’s Fast Food, located on Adebayo Doherty Street, Lekki 1, due to persistent noise pollution and other environmental violations.
